Why I built LudensFlow

The best teachers I know are also the most tired.

Not because they are bad at their job. Precisely because they are so good at it. They want more than to deliver a lesson — they want students to actually take something with them. So they search. They experiment with teaching activities, build something in Canva or PowerPoint, doubt it, start over. Every week again.

That has always bothered me.

The problem was never that teachers don't know what works. The problem is that what works takes an evening to prepare — every week, on top of everything else.

The problem is not motivation

Whole-class teaching doesn't dominate because teachers are lazy. It dominates because preparing it is simply easier. A good activating teaching activity asks more: thinking about group composition, roles, instructions, timing.

But the research is clear. Active processing works better. Collaboration works better. The brain remembers what it has done itself, not what it has heard.

The knowledge is there. The will is there.

What's missing is time.

What I built

LudensFlow is my answer to that problem. A library of teaching activities — ready to use, proven, deployable straight into your lesson. No hours of searching. No formatting work. Just choose, adjust and go.

The building block of a lesson is not the content. It is the activity itself: who works with whom, in what structure, toward what goal.

Who this is for

Teachers in secondary education.

Lecturers in further and higher education.

Trainers and team leaders — anyone who guides learning processes.

Everyone who believes that a good lesson is more than transferring information.

This platform exists for the teachers who already want to do the right thing — and who can now do it faster.
