1. Who we are and what this covers

LudensFlow (ludensflow.com) is a platform of teaching structures for teachers, trainers and anyone else who leads a group. It is built and run by Oksana Oliinyk, based in the Netherlands. These terms apply to everyone who uses the site, with or without an account. Questions: hello@ludensflow.com.

2. Your account

You can create an account with an email address and password, or sign in with Google or Microsoft. An account is personal and meant for the person leading a group; students never need one. You are 16 or older. You keep your own access secure and do not share your login details. You can delete your account yourself at any time from your profile page.

3. What is free

Every structure is and stays free for anyone with an account: the description, the projector player and the printable materials. Additional tools, such as the lesson builder and insights drawn from your own reflections, are in development. When a paid plan for them arrives, we will describe it here and on the pricing information on the site before you pay for anything.

4. What you may do with LudensFlow

You use the platform in your own teaching or training practice: in class, in a training session, in a peer supervision group or a team meeting. Printing cards and worksheets for your own groups is simply part of that, even when you are paid for the work. What is not allowed: reselling our materials or offering them as your own product, copying the site or reading it out automatically, and harming the service or other users.

5. Our content

The texts, design, software and printable materials of LudensFlow are protected by copyright. The structures themselves, the method behind an activity, are shared teaching heritage: many have existed for decades and were devised by others. Where a structure comes from a known source, we name that source; where it comes with its own licence, such as Liberating Structures under CC BY-SA 4.0, that licence applies to that part. You may use and adapt our descriptions and materials for your own lessons and trainings. You may not republish or sell them without our written permission.

6. Your content

What you create or enter yourself, such as preparations, lessons, variations, cards, your curriculum and your reflections, remains yours. You only grant us the right to store, display and process it as far as needed to run the service. If you share something through a share link, anyone with the link can view it and keep their own copy; revoking the link does not take those copies back. Do not put students' personal data in material you share. Comments and proposals you post on the public site may be published, shortened, moderated or removed by us.

7. Students, live link and polls

Students take part without an account. A live link shows the player on their own screen and a poll lets them answer anonymously; we ask for no name or email address. Free text from a poll never reaches the projector, only your screen, and you decide what to do with it and what to delete. How you use a live link or poll in your group is your responsibility as the facilitator.

8. What we give back to the profession

We use anonymised, aggregated usage data, for example which structures are played most, how long a step takes and which reflection reason is chosen most often, to improve the platform and to give knowledge back to education in the form of trends. No person, class or school is ever recognisable in it. Free text from your reflections is never aggregated or shared.

9. Availability and changes

We do our best to keep the service stable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change, add or discontinue parts of it. If these terms change materially, we announce it on the site or by email before the new version applies. If you keep using the service after that, you accept the new version.

10. Liability

LudensFlow is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect damage or for damage caused by loss of data, outages or the use of a structure in your group. What happens in the classroom remains the facilitator's responsibility. Mandatory law, such as liability for intent or gross negligence, is not excluded by this.

11. Termination

We may close an account that breaches these terms or harms the service or other users; where possible we warn first. You can stop at any time by deleting your account.

12. Law and contact

These terms are governed by Dutch law. If we cannot resolve a dispute together, the Dutch courts have jurisdiction. Questions about these terms: hello@ludensflow.com.
