1. Who we are
LudensFlow is a platform for interactive teaching activities. Responsible: Oksana Oliinyk. Contact: hello@ludensflow.com.
2. What data we collect
We store: name (optional), email address, hashed passwords, saved lesson configurations, ratings, comments, and favourites. Anonymous participant ratings are stored without user linkage.
3. How we use your data
Your data is used solely to provide the service: signing in, saving lesson configurations, and interacting with teaching activities. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. How long we keep your data
Your data is kept as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from your profile page — all data will be immediately erased.
5. Third parties
We use: Vercel (hosting and basic analytics), Resend (email sending for verification and password reset), Supabase (database hosting). These parties process data solely on behalf of LudensFlow.
6. Cookies
We use functional cookies for session management (NextAuth) and anonymous analytics cookies via Vercel Analytics. You can decline analytics cookies via the cookie banner.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data. Send a request to hello@ludensflow.com or delete your account directly from your profile page.
