The theme
One theme for the whole café; it stays on screen for all four rounds. Leave it empty and you name it out loud at the start.
One question that has no quick answer. It stays on screen for the whole conversation. Leave it empty and you say it out loud, or someone in the circle brings one.
The six agreements
- Open: be open to other ideas.
- Accept: let others be who they are.
- Curious: ask further, do not judge.
- Discover: look for new insight together.
- Sincere: share what genuinely matters to you.
- Brief: keep it short, leave room for others.
They are on screen at the start; read them out once. They hold for the whole conversation.
