More interview time: for deeper or more personal questions.
With notes: the interviewer writes down the partner's answers to retell them more accurately in phase 3.
One question for all rounds: deeper exploration of one topic instead of several.
Without the third phase: if time is limited — stop after the mutual interview.
Getting to know each other: favourite book, a special memory, a dream or a hobby.
Social studies: personal attitude towards a social or ethical issue.
Literature: personal interpretation of a text or character.
Training and teams: experiences, expectations or values of participants.
