Feedback form — Feedback on tour
Two-sided form for the guardian. Side 1: three feedback zones (what works well, what could be better, other ideas). Side 2: team reflection on result and process with guiding questions.
Number Cards 1–8 (4 teams)
Red, blue, yellow and green cards numbered 1 to 8. Print double-sided on A4, cut along the teal background and laminate for repeated use. Ideal for grouping students and rotation activities.

Steps
- Each team displays its work (poster/assignment) on its own table.
- Each team picks a “guardian” who stays at their work and notes the feedback.
- The other team members tour the tables and give feedback on each team's work (timer per round).
- Back to their own table; the guardian reports the feedback received.
- The team reflects: what to take away and improve?
Settings
- Number of teams — optional, 2–8 (default 4).
- Rotation / report / reflection time — optional, default 5 / 5 / 3 minutes.
- Preparation: each team needs work to get feedback on (poster, product, assignment).
Tip: feedback prompts with AI
Ask Microsoft Copilot: “Give me 5 concrete feedback questions students can use to constructively assess each other's work on [topic].” Show them as a guide during the walk.
Tips for the facilitator
Feedback form (one per team) — the guardian fills in page 1 during the rotations (what works / what can improve / other ideas); page 2 is filled in together during the team reflection. Pens for the guardians.
- Let the guardian briefly explain the assignment at the start of each visitor round
- Design your own feedback form with custom columns — e.g. specific criteria or questions tailored to the assignment
- Use the form also as preparation: have teams write down in advance which aspects they want feedback on
- Project work: teams present their design or plan; the guardian notes feedback per visiting team in the form
- Language lesson: display writing assignments; visitors give verbal feedback on content and style via the three columns
- Practical subject: evaluate finished products via a tour; guardian collects feedback in the form per visiting team
